TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms as listed here.
- I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund commissions as I see fit.
- I also reserve the right to use commissioned art for my portfolio, i.e. self-promotional material.

Commission Usage and Privacy Policy
- Clients may share their finished commission pieces on any social media and use the pieces for headers, avatars, or related uses so long as there is text credit listed somewhere on the account or associated with the image. A link here or @KelSevi will suffice.
- Clients may not resell, reproduce, or claim my art as their own for any reason. Any client found doing so will be prohibited from commissioning me again.
- Commissions that are SAFE FOR WORK will be posted to my social media account(s). Clients will not be named except with direct expressed permission granted by the client. Commissions that MAY NOT BE SAFE FOR WORK will not be posted and will instead be sent directly to the client via e-mail.
- Light modification of commissions (such as cropping or color filters) done by the client is acceptable. Heavy modification (recoloring, drawing over/tracing, removing the watermark, other larger edits) is not.
- My art may not be used in relation to unauthorized merchandise or in promoting cryptocurrency, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), blockchains or hate speech.

- Portrayed abuse of any type
- Hate speech and bigotry of any type

- Art of a sensitive nature. So long as it does not depict disallowed content listed above, you may send inquiries regarding commission requests to [email protected].
- Commission requests of this type should be sent STRAIGHT TO MY E-MAIL ONLY; do not commission me for it on Ko-fi! You will be immediately refunded!✔️ TOTALLY FINE ✔️
- Human, anthro, furry characters
- Pokemon, Fakemon, fusions, etc.
- Animals, complex armor and simple robot designs (however I am stronger in other areas)

Commission Process and Payment
- Commissions will be taken through Ko-fi (HERE). Please provide the following details upon submitting:
1. The character(s) you would like to see drawn, and adequate visual references. You can leave images of characters that look similar to the character you want drawn (i.e. if it is an original or obscure character with no reference images) or you can provide references once I contact you.
2. How you would like your character(s) to be drawn (posing, in a scene, outfits, so on). If you think it would help, you can leave a drawn image of how you would like the characters posed in relation to one another.
3. Other details and specifics. Color palettes, a specific shading style, a drawing style you would like me to emulate, etc.
4. Should you like to request art not available on my Ko-fi, or have an inquiry of some other type, please e-mail me at [email protected] for more details. I'll try to work something out with you if you cannot use Ko-fi for whatever reason.
- Communication will happen through e-mail (at [email protected]). This will be used to share sketches for approval with the client.
- Finished commissions will be returned as a full-resolution .PNG file with a background AND/OR transparent at the client's request.
- I am a fast worker, and can complete commissions within two days of payment, provided adequate communication. However, more complex commissions may take me longer, so expect a maximum of two weeks per commission. More or less time may be taken depending on the current queue and real-life circumstances.
